The Golden egg

A farmer had many hens in his firm.
One of them would lay a golden egg every day. he could not believe yet, after two or three days later he believes. And he started to think that if he got a golden egg daily he would become rich in the village.
He sold the golden egg and after some years he became rich.

One day, he thought that there would be more golden eggs in the stomach of the hen.

If he cut the stomach, he could take all the golden eggs and he would become rich in a very short period instead of waiting for those eggs for many more days.

So, without any thought, he took a knife and cut the stomach of the hen. But he found only one golden egg and felt very sad for his greedy attitude.

MORAL OF THE STORY:    Greed leads to a huge loss.
